Return & Refund Policy<\/h1>\n

At ANIMURA, we want the exchange and return process to be clear and straightforward. Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from the date you receive your order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Inspection Upon Delivery<\/h2>\n

You may open and inspect your order in front of the Bosta courier when the Open Package option is available. If you decide not to accept the product after inspection, it must remain in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, and in its original packaging whenever possible.<\/p>\n

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. ANIMURA sends the replacement product, Bosta delivers it and collects the original product, and the original is returned to ANIMURA.<\/p>\n

Exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the exchange is required because of a manufacturing defect, an incorrect product sent by ANIMURA, or a clear order-preparation error caused by ANIMURA. In these cases, ANIMURA will cover the applicable exchange cost.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Bosta will collect the product and return it to ANIMURA.<\/p>\n

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a product different from what you ordered, or the wrong size or item due to an ANIMURA order-preparation mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. After confirming the issue, ANIMURA will cover the appropriate exchange or return shipping cost.<\/p>\n

Once the returned product reaches ANIMURA and is inspected, the refund process will begin if it meets the conditions. The refund method will be arranged with the customer using the available options.
