Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available across Egypt?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on ANIMURA orders, and delivery covers all of Egypt in an estimated 3-6 business days through our courier partner, Bosta.
What's the difference between the Magic Mug and the Normal Mug?
Magic Mugs use a heat-reveal effect - the artwork appears once you pour in a hot drink. Normal Mugs show the full anime artwork all the time, with no heat-reveal effect.
What sizes are available, and how does the oversized fit work?
Our T-shirts come in M, L, and XL, with a relaxed oversized cut, dropped shoulders, and wide sleeves. Check the size guide on the product page and compare it with a T-shirt you already own and find comfortable.
If the size doesn't fit, what's the exchange policy?
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. For a standard exchange, the replacement must be from the same product category and equal or higher in price (exchange to a cheaper product is not available); you pay the exchange shipping fee, plus the price difference if the replacement costs more. ANIMURA covers all exchange and return shipping if the issue is a manufacturing defect, our mistake, or damage during shipping. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
What are the T-shirts made of, and how do I take care of them?
They're made from Interlock fabric with DTF printing. Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors, avoid bleach, don't iron directly over the design, and skip high-heat tumble drying - air drying is best.
Are the designs taken precisely from real anime scenes?
Our designs are inspired by the anime moments that stay with fans, not literal screenshots. Each piece is built around a specific scene or character moment, reworked into an original ANIMURA composition rather than a copy of the frame.
