Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and device display. ANIMURA product images, original designs, and branded materials may not be reused commercially without prior permission.

Prices

The prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of ordering. ANIMURA may change prices or promotions in the future. Any later price change will not affect an order already confirmed at its original price.

Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including name, phone number, shipping address, governorate, and area. We may contact you when necessary to confirm order details.

Orders are handed to Bosta only after the customer confirms them through ANIMURA’s WhatsApp order confirmation. A customer may cancel an order without shipping cost before it is handed to Bosta; after dispatch, the terms of our Shipping Policy apply.

In exceptional situations, an order may be cancelled if it cannot be fulfilled, the provided information is incorrect or incomplete, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected according to the applicable shipping method and order amount.

Shipping

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchange requests and eligible return or refund claims must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. ANIMURA does not offer a cash refund for a change of mind; only the applicable exchange policy applies. Products must remain in their original condition to qualify for a standard exchange.

Intellectual Property

The ANIMURA name, logo, original website content, original designs, and branded visual materials may not be copied or commercially used without prior authorization.
