Shipping Policy

At ANIMURA, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as reasonably possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our expected delivery time within Egypt is 3–6 business days. This estimate may vary depending on the governorate and delivery area, shipping volume, public holidays, operational circumstances, or rescheduling requested by the customer.

Shipping Provider

Orders are shipped through Bosta. Customers may be able to track shipment progress using the tracking information provided for their order.

Open Package / Inspection Upon Delivery

ANIMURA enables the Open Package option for eligible shipments. This allows the customer to open the package and inspect the product in front of the Bosta courier before accepting the order.

If the customer chooses not to accept the product after inspection, it must remain unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition. The product may not be used and then rejected during delivery inspection.

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees may change in the future if the shipping provider changes its rates. The applicable shipping charge at the time of ordering will be the valid charge for that order.

Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailable

Delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or returned to ANIMURA if the customer does not answer, the address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, the customer requests rescheduling, or the customer refuses the shipment. The shipment will then be handled according to its delivery status and Bosta’s operational process.
