Guts & Griffith – The Eclipse Magic Mug

The Eclipse.

The ANIMURA Berserk Magic Mug is built around the Eclipse, the night that ends the Golden Age arc and changes Guts and Griffith forever.

When the Crimson Behelit activates, Griffith, Guts, and the Band of the Hawk are pulled into a realm where the God Hand waits. Griffith makes the sacrifice that lets him transcend, and the members of the Band of the Hawk are marked with the Brand of Sacrifice and turned on each other as apostles. Guts and Casca are among the few who survive: Guts loses his left arm and right eye, Casca’s mind is broken, and the Skull Knight rescues them. Griffith is reborn as Femto, the final member of the God Hand, and Guts’ path of revenge begins.

The artwork continues around the mug as one scene. A black eclipse hangs over a blood-red landscape, the Brand of Sacrifice cuts across it, and a lone figure faces a low red sun. As you turn the mug, a screaming face, a blood-streaked eye, and a cloaked figure under the eclipse appear.

The design stays in red, black, and white to match the violence of the scene. The mug itself is dark when cold. Add a hot drink and the heat-sensitive coating reacts, revealing the Berserk artwork across the body of the mug. The handle stays black.
